No Records in AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY (Doc ID 1459891.1)

Symptoms

The ar_trx_bal_summary table is not being populated by the refresh program.  The profile ‘AR: Allow summary table refresh’ profile option to ‘Yes’ at the ‘Receivables’ application level, and records are populated in ar_trx_summary, but nothing in ar_trx_bal_summary.

select count(*) from ar_trx_summary
- returns records

select count(*) from ar_trx_bal_summary
- returns no records
