Cannot Access Entitled Contract/All Contracts Option On Service Request Form After Querying A Closed SR (Doc ID 1459920.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

Actual Behavior

After query an existing SR with status Closed (configured to not allow updates on closed SR), when click the New button to create a new SR the "Entitled Contracts" and "All Contracts" radio box in the Subject tab remains disabled and cannot be used.

Expected Behavior

The Radio buttons for Entitled /All Contracts on the subject tab should be enabled


Steps to Reproduce

1. Query an existing SR that has status Closed (and the status is configured to not allow updates). The SR data is correctly displayed.
2. Click the "New" button and the form is cleared but in the Subject tab the "Entitled Contracts" and "All Contracts" radio box remains disabled and cannot be used.
