Not Able To Drilldown Details In FSG Report. Report Manager Drill Down Is Taking Long Time And Is Hanging At The Processing Page. (Doc ID 1460000.1)

Symptoms

We are upgrading from 12.0.4 to 12.1.3. As part of the upgrade we found that the drilldown functionality in FSG is not working after upgrade.

1) Steps to Reproduce
1) Submitted FSG report from Report Manager
2) After completion of the request view the request in Excel formt
3) Select the value in the report and to drill own further.

This is giving the error attached to the SR.
"An error has occured on the drilldown .Please contact your system administrator"
