Information in this document applies to any platform.
When searching by Sales Order Number in Install Base, the system clocks for 5 to 10 minutes and then crashes. The user must then log out and back in to continue working.
The Sales Order Number search should return within a reasonable amount of time and not crash the users session.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Oracle Installed Base Agent User > Item Instance > Item Instances
2. Enter a Sales Order in the Search field
3. The Install Base informatin does not return and after 5 to 10 minutes the session times out
