Symptoms

Attempting to create and compile the Customer Information Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) and the DFF is not displayed on Customers screen.

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Setup > System > Financials > Flexfields > Descriptive > Segments
Create DFF for Customer Information
Complied the DFF

Navigation:  Customers > Customers
DFF did not display value
