Field Service Technician Portal: Debrief Tab Not Available for Task and Part Tab does not have Create Part Order Button.

For some tasks, the debrief tab is not rendering when the Debrief HTML screen is opened from the Service Request (SR) page. The tasks with this problem are 'Field Service' tasks where debrief should be allowed.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Responsibility: Depot Repair
  2. Navigation: Create SR 
  3. Create Repair Order > Repair Type - Repair and Return
  4. Click on task tab
  5. Click on the Debrief button to open the HTML Debrief screen.
  6. The Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP) page gets opened for the task details, but the debrief tab is missing and part tab does not have create part order button. The (task) details and parts tabs are there though.  Unable to see Create Part Order and Debrief Tab.
