Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version,
After recent upgrade from 11i to 12.1.3, In Material Requirement section under Work Order page (and same in Express Work Order) the LOV does not display migrated items which do not have x-ref.
The issue exists in the seeded and custom responsibilities.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to see ALL items assigned to the organization.
NOTE!!!
As soon as a x-ref is added for an item that specific org, the item becomes available in the LOV
