Why is the Update Account Button Unselectable in Manage Bank Account Screen?

Why cannot an existing bank account be updated in the Manage Bank Account screen?
The "Update Account" button appears to be fine (enabled) when first querying up the desired bank account name, but as soon as the Select radio box next to the account is selected, the Update Account button becomes disabled (greyed out).
