Symptoms
When viewing resource or materials transactions, observed erred transactions with the following error message
Error Code | Error Message |
CST_INVALID_JOB_DATE | The transaction date precedes the release date of the job or schedule. |
The erred transactions can be observed with any of the below steps
A. From the application you can view them using below navigation
1. Follow the below responsibility[R] according to the product
case A - [R] Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or
case B - [R] Manufacturing and Distribution Manager (WIP) or
case C - [R] Cost Management-SLA
2. Observed erred transactions in below navigation according to the product
For resource transactions
A. Work Order Transactions -> Pending Resource Transactions form
B. WIP -> Resource Transactions -> Pending Resource Transactions form
C. View Transactions -> Pending Resource Transactions form
For material transactions
A. Inventory -> Transactions -> Material Transactions form
B. WIP -> Material Transactions -> View Material Transactions form
C. View Transactions -> Material Transactions form
B. From the data base you can view them using below SQL scripts
1. For Resource Transactions, the below query output display the errors
C. From data collection outputs for EAM Work Orders or WIP Discrete Jobs
1. For EAM Work Orders below data collection for a single work order will provide all details
