Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot update contacts (Customer/employees) using the install base mass update functionality
No Contacts listed in Contacts region and No update contacts button
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to update Contacts using Mass update
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Switch Responsibility Installed Base Agent User
>> Navigate to MAss Update
>> Create a batch of type 'General'
>> Give a name and add some notes to the natch
>> Find relevant instances based on certain logic (By owner name for example)
>>Select the instances>>
Click next , till you reach step 3 (Update Associations)
and here we cannot associate new contacts to the identified instances
