View Only Service Request Responsibility Does Fetch Data (Doc ID 1462014.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Created a view only responsibility to view Service Request but not to update them. The responsibility was created by following the Metalink Note ID: 423495.1, but when queried the already created Service Requests, it is not fetching any data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data should be available in the newly created responsibility

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a new Responsibility for Service Requests
2.Exclude the functions as per Note: 423495.1
3.Set required profile options
4.Find already created srs in find service request form
