PAXCPGAL - Not Picking Up Eligible Expenditure To Create Asset Line (Doc ID 1462101.1)

The PAXCPGAL PRC: Generate Asset Lines process is not picking up an expenditure item for asset line generation.

The projects are defined so that there is a new asset for each month and each task.

The expenditures that are not processing are associated with a specific task in each project and each expenditure is for the same employee.

The last time the asset lines were generated for the projects/tasks was before the instance was upgraded from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3.
