Timecard Appears in Self Service but not in Timekeeper

When reviewing an employees timecard via timekeeper entry it appears a timecard has not been created. However when you try to enter time you get a error message,
saying that the timecard already exists. Timecard really exists in the backend and in Self Service.
Expect Timekeeper to see the timecards if they exist in Self Service.
