Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.1.3, on the journal entry form GLXJEENT, after entering a journal, when try to save, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403 no data found
FRM-40735 ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01502
