TeleService: Sales Order In Logistics Does not Have Contact Person Defaulted (Doc ID 1462491.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior 

The Contact detail shown in the Service Request header, is not passed to the Sales Order (Main Tab > Contact Field).

Steps to Reproduce

(R) Depot Repair Super User
(N) Create RO
   - Create Sales order under logistics tab
     The contact from SR is not flowing to Sales order.

Note: Works fine in 11i
