Symptoms

Interface Trip Stop is failing with message 'Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity'.

Interface Trip Stop log file shows:

WSHINTERFACES module: Interface Trip Stop - SRS
...
Interface trip stop is completed with warning
...
Calling wf_engine.CompleteActivityInternalName for OEOL/XXXXX/SHIP_LINE//SHIP_CONFIRM
SQL ERROR MESSAGE FOR WHEN OTHRES:ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/XXXXXX'.
LEAVING OE_MSG_PUB.ADD
Exiting Process_Request_Pvt with others exception
