Symptoms

Existing contact request access via iReceivables Self Registration.
Workflow stuck on HZCRUSER.Validate_Corp_Email_Domain -> Sysadmin: Review Corporate Email Domain
For example user is trying to register with this type of email address: name@company.domain.ca

SysAdmin has to go in and approve so that the registration will take affect
