Symptoms

After instance upgrades from Release 11.5.10.2 to Release 12.1.3:

  1. You select the General Ledger responsibility
  2. You navigate to the 'Account Inquiry' form as: N/Inquiry > Account
  3. You enter the required parameter
  4. You select the 'Show Journal Details' button:
  5. It takes minutes to get the information displayed, when it took seconds prior upgrade

Changes

Upgrade from Release 11.5.10.2 to  Release 12.1.3
