Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Oracle Advanced Benefits
When attempting to save Elections on the enrollment form the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
APP-BEN-92101: Cannot find current rate for rate change. This error has occurred in the following package: ben_element_entry.create_enrollment_element.
Was not able to save changes and cannot process any subsequent life events.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Re-hire employee on 15-Aug-2011
2) Process New Hire life event without error
3) Make elections via Non-Flex Program Enrollment form
4) Save
5) Receive error which cites the Imputed Income shell plan
