Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Bank

When attempting to create new bank branches in R12 and after entering branch details save it, it Errors.
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Invalid Value for Relationship code, subject_type, object_type. Please enter forward_rel_code, subject_type, object_type value from hz_relationship_type.


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
  1.Payables -> Setup -> Payment -> Banks and Bank Branches:
  2. Banks>Create Bank
  3. Bank Branch> Create Branch> enter country and bank name> Continue
  4. Select create new branch
  5. enter Branch name and type > save>
  Error " Invalid value for relationship_code, subject_type, object_type.
  Please enter forward_rel_code, subject_type, object_type value from
  hz_relationship_types."

Due to this issue, users cannot Create Bank Branch.
