Symptoms

On OTM version 6.2.2

The following error is seen in the Apache error.log and the child processes are begin killed.

ERROR
-----------------------

httpd: md_rand.c:316: ssleay_rand_add: Assertion `md_c[1] == md_count[1]' failed.
[notice] child pid 16236 exit signal Aborted (6)the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use OTM.
