Symptoms

The users sporadically receive an error in the concurrent program's log file when trying to import journal entries into General Ledger.

Function return status: 0

Function Err Message: Executing del_prep

Function warning number: -1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. General Ledger Responsibility > Journal > Import > Run
  2. Submit Journal Import
  3. See the error in the logfile
