Where Can I See Customer Call Descriptive Flexfield Data from R12? (Doc ID 1463991.1)

In 11i, when you created a Customer Call, you were able to update descriptive flex field(DFF) data you had defined for the Customer Call.  You could then see this data when you reviewed the call.

In 12.1.3 you cannot see this DFF data under the History Tab->Receivables Calls when you review the Customer Call data, why?
