Symptoms

On 12.0.6

Using Purchasing, when entering a requisition - the following error is encountered.


Error:
PO_REQ_LINES_C3.item_number-130

Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Entering a requisition - enter the item - tab out of the field
3. Error is encountered
