Goal

Need the ability to show 'To Mobile Receiver' attachments set at purchase order (PO) line level, when performing PO receipt transactions in WMS mobile.

Those attachments are shown in desktop Receiving form but not in WMS mobile.
Organization item level attachments are shown in WMS mobile but need to see PO line attachments as well as such note to receiver can be specific to a particular PO / PO line.
