UPK: How to Reinstall Knowledge Center with Windows Authentication instead of Using Standard Authentication?

Knowledge Center was installed with Standard authentication.  After installation was completed, it was determined that the installation should have been completed with Windows authentication.

However, when trying to reinstall the following error message occurs:

The authentication mode chosen in the installer does not agree with the authentication mode configured in the database.  Either choose a different authentication mode on the "Choose Web Site" screen or select a different database.

What are the steps to reinstall Knowledge Center with Windows Authentication using the default database KMASTER?
