When trying to create LONG TEXT attachment on Customer page, it is by default creating only SHORT TEXT attachment.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Application Developer -> Attachments -> Document Categories
2. Create the Document Category of type ‘Long Text’
3. Click on Assignments and add ‘Customers’ Form
4. Add the created Document Category on the attachments tab of Customer page
5. Create a new attachment with the Document Category created in step 2 above
6. The attachment created is of type 'SHORT TEXT' instead of 'LONG TEXT'
