Unable To Update Cash Account Code Combination While Creating Control or Account Access Info In Bank Account (Doc ID 1465349.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Setup- Treasury System Setup

While entering Cash account in Treasury Options on Account Access page system gives an error and does not accept GL code combination for Cash
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"This General Ledger Account is not authorized to use in Treasury, Please authorize this General Ledger Account for use in Treasury by Company: &COMPANY_NAME"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation > Cash Management Super User > Set Up > Banks > Bank Accounts. Choose the Bank Account and updated all options. When Chosen Account Access option for Oracle Treasury and tried to update Cash Account , the system shows the above error
