Item has been Setup with Attribute Purchasable = Y and Purchasing_enabled_flag = Y, but Can Not be Found When Entering the PO Line (Doc ID 1465666.1)

On : 11.5.10.2 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------

Please note the values used below are an example test case:

Create an Item = IO610B-2, assigned to XXX. When creating a new Purchase Order (PO) using this item at the PO line level, it can not be found in the list of values even though the Purchasable flag is set to Yes (Y) and the Purchasing_enabled_flag is set to Y.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the newly created item could be used in the PO.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create item IO610B-2, save it and assign it to XXX.

2. Check Item attributes:

Purchasable = Y & Purchasing_enabled_flag = Y

To check the attributes:

From the Purchasing responsibility navigate to Items>Master Items
Query the item up
Click on the Purchasing Tab
Check the value in the 'Purchased' and 'Purchasable' fields

3. Attempt to create a PO using item IO610B-2, but this item can't be found at the PO line level.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the created item in a standard PO.
