Symptoms
Delivery is shipped but when running the interface trip stop (ITS) it completes with warning.
The ITS log file has the following error:
error in split_line User-Defined Exception
error in Ship_Confirm_Line User-Defined Exception
error in handle_nonbulk_mode User-Defined Exception
ENTER Save_API_Messages
l_errmsg User-Defined Exception
L_MSG_DATA=The quantity cannot be a decimal number in the primary unit of measure of the item.
The item is setup as indivisible in the primary unit of measure.
Order Number :nnn Line Number :4.1
Message :The quantity cannot be a decimal number in the primary unit of measure of the item.
The item is setup as indivisible in the primary unit of measure.
The quantity shipped is a whole number.
