Transaction Register Issue: Report Has No Output When Range Of Accounts Is Entered

Symptoms

When an account range is entered for parameters for the Receivables Transaction Register, the report returns no data.

Responsibility: Receivables Manager

From toolbar menu: View > Requests
Submit Transaction Register
Enter a range for GL Account low and GL Account high.
Report returns no data.
