When creating a forms personalization that launches the SRS form, an LOV pops up that shows forms items or a list of Forms keys when trying to commit the record or navigate to a new record.
The problem was the when creating a personalization to launch the SRS form, select the user friendly concurrent program name from the LOV attached to the function_name_disp field. The hidden field called builtin_arguments is also populated by the LOV when selecting the user friendly concurrent program. name.
When trying to save the record the LOV for the builtin_arguments is getting raised because the builtin_arguements filed is not marked as valid.
