Purpose
DIAGNOSING Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and OID ISSUES
Many OAM issues can be broken down into 2 categories.
1:- PROVISIONING, USER DATA ISSUES (OID)

2:- OAM CONFIGURATION ISSUES
Because of the number of manual steps required, there is scope for errors related to the OAM configuration. Once you have verified that OID is registered correctly and user provisioning is working then we need to verify the OAM configuration. Note that the configuration required for Oracle Single Sign On (OSSO) and OAM are totally different subjects and we are focussing on only OAM
