The mobile Label Reprint transaction should find labels previously created by the logon user meeting certain filtering criteria. The transaction is not finding any labels and therefore the mobile reprint can not be used.
All of the previously created labels can be viewed and reprinted from the Label Requests History form on the desktop.
Users can not reprint labels from a mobile device.
After case 1 fix Label Reprint functionality is not working in Mobile application. When pressing on the re-print option available on Mobile application it asks for
printer name, LPN and some other details and when pressing on Find button. Find button doesn't give any result. It gives the message "No Result Found".
This is the case with all the deliveries irrespective of the status of the delivery.
Shipping Content is mapped to Business flow for Printer A, but for some reason the person is at Printer B and wants to print the same label from Printer B (at this moment the delivery is closed) .
Shipping Content is mapped to Business flow but due to some break down the label is not printed. How will we print these labels now (at this moment deliveries are closed).
If having the option to print closed delivery from desktop then why can not do this from mobile. Especially this is needed when printing at a different printer.
Reprint does not work in any case even when reprinting to same printer or whether LPN is open or closed.
As workaround, users can print the labels that were already printed and want to print at a different printer; this can be done with the Label Print through the "Label History" Form.
