PROMISE RECONCILIATION REPORT: COLLECTOR SHOULD NOT BE MANDATORY PARAMETER (Doc ID 1466195.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 13, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Collections - Version 12.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Log from IEXPRCRP module: IEX: Promise Reconciliation Report ends with:

ERROR: You can't run this report without Collector name. * * Please select Collector name from the lov. **

This is because 'collector' was not selected in parameters.
If the customer provides a collector as parameter, the request completes normal.

The report was not at first designed to run for all collectors, and Patch 10054593 R12.IEX.B_R12 now enables to run the report for all collectors (applicable starting from 12.1.2).

However,

patch 10054593:R12.IEX.B delivers :
IEXPRRCR.rtf 120.0.12010000.12
iexprcrb.pls 120.0.12010000.12

and customer is on 12.1.1 with:
IEXPRRCR.rtf 120.0.12010000.12
iexprcrb.pls 120.0.12010000.13

Need to be able to run IEX: Promise Reconciliation Report with no Collector parameter.
