Symptoms
Users intermittently encounter the following error when opening an email from the Inbox queue in the UWQ form:
An unexpected error occurred in JTF_grid.populate
Grid:<GRID_BLOCK.GRID_ITEM>
DATASOURCE: <IEM_ACQ_ACCOUNT_DS>
