In 22.214.171.124, Merge Request Map Relationships in Oracle Customers Online (OCO) display shows a lower quantity of Organization Contact relationships than actually exist in HZ_PARTY_RELATIONSHIPS.
This was found when the Map Relationships screen displayed a difference in quantities between the number of Initial and Final Relationships indicating that a Mandatory (or Optional) merge had been defined but the Resolve Duplicates display showed no Mandatory (or Optional) Relationship merge.
Comparing to the HZ_PARTY_RELATIONSHIPS for the involved parties, the counts in OCO were low and did not display any Relationships for a particular person that would in fact be a Mandatory Relationship merge.

Difference in quantity between Initial and Final Relationships count
Resolve Duplicates does not show the expected Mandatory (or Optional) relationship merges to account for the difference in quantity between the Initial & Final Relationship counts.
Output of the script below shows HZ_PARTY_RELATIONSHIPS shows a larger quantity of relationships for the same parties including relationships for an Organization Contact that is not displayed in the Resolve:
