Unable To Bill Loans that were Migrated From 11.5.10 (Doc ID 1467821.1)

Symptoms

Active loans that were migrated from 11.5.10, cannot be billed when running the same process in 12.1.3.  There are no errors in the log or debug logs, the loan just will not bill.

 

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.1.3
