Symptoms

orig_system='UNKNOWN' in hz_orig_sys_references table is getting created when an account is created from Oracle Customers Online Data Librarian Superuser responsibility. Navigate to Accounts>Create Account.
Why does the system do this? You may use it heavily for multiple non-Oracle system mappings and these UNKNOWN entries cause confusion.
