Selecting Materials When Creating A Repair Estimate Is Throwing An Error (Doc ID 1468054.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Estimate and Actual Charges

When attempting to select materials for a repair estimate the following error occurs.

Error

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. Click HERE for details."

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Query the repair order in the 'Repair Orders' form.
  2. In the repair estimate tab click 'select materials' button
  3. HTML search page opens.
  4. Enter item select from BOM Hierarchy.
  5. Select 'save and proceed' button
  6. 'You have encountered an unexpected error' page is displayed
