How Does the Setting of the 'Bill Services' LOV on a Service Contract Affect Billing (Doc ID 1468221.1)

Goal

In the Service Contracts authoring form, in the Summary > Pricing/Billing subtab there is a field called 'Bill Services'.  This field can have three different values: 'No', 'Yes' and 'At Renewal'. 

Question 1: What is the functionality behind each option?

Question 2: When the billing services field is set to 'At Renewal' under the billing tab of the service contract summary, when does the invoice get created?

Question 3: If the contract is not renewed at the end of the contract end date, will the customer still be billed?
