Bank AutoReconciliation Has Exception "No Matching Open Interface Transactions" (Doc ID 1468417.1)

On : 12.1.2 version, Reconciliation and Clearing

When attempting to submit Autoreconciliation the following error occurs.

No matching Open Interface transactions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload transactions to CE_999_INTERFACE_V Open Interface table.
2. In the Submit Request window submit the Bank Statement Loader,Import, Autoreconciliation.
