Mandatory Descriptive Flexfield Can Be Ignored When Creating Service Request From eBusiness Center Form (Doc ID 1468639.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3:

After enabling Mandatory values in the 'Additional Information For Agents' Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) using the context reference as SR type(INCIDENT_TYPE), it is possible to
create service requests without entering the mandatory DFF values. System does not prompt the user to enter the mandatory values .

When creating the service request directly on the Service Request form, the user is prompted to enter the required value for the DFF.
