On : 11.5.10.2 version, CRM HTML Administration responsibility,

When attempting to assign roles to user the following error occurs.

Error granting role



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-Login to Oracle Applications with SYSADMIN user
--Click on CRM HTML Administration responsibility
--Click on User Management function under Setup-->Users-->Registration
--Enter existing User Name and click Go
--Click on user name
--User detail page opens
--Click on Roles button
--Try assigning roles and click on Update
--Attached error message appears.
