When View Account Summary For All Locations, No Data Shows (Doc ID 1469240.1)

Symptoms

 When searching for a customer with multiple sites and you click the Account Summary icon for All Locations, no data is returned on the Account Summary page.  However, if you click the Account Summary icon for a specific Bill To location, the the data is returned as expected.
