Webadi - 'Entered Amounts For Journal 1 Are Not Balanced' on Uploading Excel with Huge Numbers (More Than 15 Digits) (Doc ID 1469682.1)

Symptoms

A journal was created to be uploaded to General Ledger through WEBADI. The amounts are huge, having more than 15 digits (scientific numbers).

The journal looks balanced but when attempting to upload, the following error occurs:

'Entered amounts for Journal 1 are not balanced'

Similar issue has been faced but in a different circumstances so it worth to be checked before going further with the below solution:
- carefully review the batch name and Journal Name for each Journal Line to ensure it is the same within a balanced journal

Batch Name can be different for *ONE Journal Line* in a batch with 3 different currencies and many JE Lines.

Changes

 Used large (scientific) numbers in the spreadsheet.
