Relationship Functionality Does not Search For Existing Similar Parties to Avoid Creating Dulicates . (Doc ID 1469773.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, TCA Integration

When adding Business Relationship in Sales , and add a new Party , the functionality doesn't return the existing parties, so a new party (duplicate) is created

Expect, when enter a partial customer name - for example <CompanyName%> you should be presented with a page that lists all the existing similar parties.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
-Login as Sales User (ASN)
- Query an existing party
- Go to the Business Relationship tab
- Create a new Relationship, and enter a Party name that exists , there is no DQM warning for the duplicates , and a new party is created with the same name.
