FRM-92101 Error When Entering a Product Subline in Service Contracts Authoring Form

When entering an inventory item with more than one segment enabled in the service contract subline (Product), the error below occurs. The issue only happens when using a Inventory Item number definition that uses more than one segment in the item flexfield.
FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Forms session >36> aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to (R) Service Contracts Manager (N) Launch Contract
- create a new Contract
2. Go to Lines > Pricing/Products subtab
- in the subline section, select level as Product and try to enter the Product (item has more than one segments enabled)
