Attempting to navigate through records in the Transactions Summary form and receive the following error:

FRM-40735: PRE-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06510.
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception
ORA-01403: no data found

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Transactions > Transaction Summary (or Transactions)
Query transactions so multiple records are returned
View transactions in Transaction Summary form
Click on 'Installments' and then 'Activities'
Close Activities and Installment forms
Move cursor to next transaction in Transaction Summary form
Click 'Overview' - Errors countered
