TeleService: No Information When Profile Option 'Service: Validate Bill To And Ship To LOVs' Is Set To 'By Account Sites' (Doc ID 1470251.1)

Symptoms

<Note 1275121.1> indicates that in order for the LOVs to show up, that the 'MO: Default Operating Unit' profile option needs to be null at either the User or Responsibility level.
However this field is required to be filled in accordance to MOAC.

Expected Behavior:

Expecting account address sites to show up if profile option is set.
Should not expect the 'MO: Default Operating Unit' profile option to be null if MOAC requires it to be filled.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Create Service Request
 - Save
 - Addresses for Bill To / Ship To is blank.

Business Impact:

Users are used to seeing Account Address Sites rather than Party Sites as it corresponds with what is displayed in Customer Master.
